Prof. Dr. jur. Hendrik Schneider
Born in Wiesbaden, Prof. Dr. jur. Hendrik Schneider leads his law firm for business and medical criminal law located on historical Taunusstraße in the heart of Hesse’s state capital Wiesbaden.
Hendrik Schneider advises and represents you in matters of general business and medical criminal law. He counsels companies regarding subjects of compliance, criminal investigations and Internal Investigations. His main focus is on medical criminal law. He provides advice for hospital facilities, other health care institutions and their directors, employees and doctors.
Since 2016 Hendrik Schneider is honorary chairman at the arbitration board of AKG e.V. (Arzneimittel und Kooperation im Gesundheitswesen [pharmaceuticals and cooperation in the health care sector]) and chairman of the expert committee ‘Healthcare Compliance’. The association was founded in 2007 and marks the organization with the largest member group in voluntary self-regulation of the pharmaceutical industry as of today.
Hendrik Schneider has been a member of the advisory board of the journal ‘Der Krankenhaus-JUSTITIAR’ published by W. Kohlhammer Verlag since 2021.
He is a member of the AKG Certification Commission since 2024.
ATTORNEY-AT-LAW GIANNINA ANDREOLI
LL.M. (Medizinrecht)
Giannina Andreoli is employed at the law firm as an attorney-at-law specializing in commercial and medical criminal law. She was admitted to the bar in 2019 and advises our clients on criminal law as well as in selected civil law, social law and administrative law matters.
She completed the 1st state examination at the Georg – August – University of Göttingen. During her studies, she focused on criminology with references to medical criminal law as well. She passed the 2nd state examination in 2019 following her legal apprenticeship at the Regional Court of Darmstadt. From 2023 to 2025, she studied part-time at the University of Münster, where she completed a master’s degree in medical law („LL.M.“).
In addition to German and English, Giannina Andreoli speaks fluent Italian.
ATTORNEY-AT-LAW DR. YANNICK NEUHAUS
Yannick Neuhaus is a lawyer in the firm’s commercial and medical criminal law practice. He advises on all areas of criminal law as well as health care compliance.
He studied law, art history and archaeology at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster. Already during his studies, Mr Neuhaus focused on criminal law and gained experience in medical law as a research assistant in large commercial law firms before and during his legal traineeship.
In addition to medical and commercial criminal law, his professional interests include criminal law relating to the arts, in which Mr Neuhaus regularly writes glosses (›› kunststrafrecht.de) on current legal issues and circumstances.
He is also in charge of the ›› Compliance Elliance Journal.
Attorney-at-law Clarissa Rink
Clarissa Rink joined the law firm in January 2024 and advises in all areas of criminal law and has experience in internal investigations.
She completed the 1st state examination at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, specialising in criminal law and criminology. After her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz, she passed the 2nd state examination, also specialising in criminal law.
During her studies, she already gained experience in medical law, which she further deepened during her legal clerkship.

DEMIAN FRANK
Demian Frank is a social scientist with degrees from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (B.A.) and Goethe University Frankfurt am Main (M.A.) and has been involved in various interdisciplinary research projects.
Based on his methodological knowledge of qualitative and quantitative social research, he accompanies the conception, implementation and analysis of internal investigations in the office. At present he is in particular involved in the project commissioned by the Independent Commission for the Report of Sexual Abuse in the Diocese of Würzburg (UKAM).
Ukte Ölcek
Ukte Ölcek is a student assistant at the law firm since December 2023. She is studying law at the Justus Liebig University of Giessen. Her main area of interest during her studies is medical and commercial criminal law. Mrs Ölcek is currently preparing for the 1st state examination in law.
She strengthens the firm’s team with administrative tasks and supports our attorneys by providing input and research.
She is majoring in criminal sciences at university.
