Attorney-at-law and Diploma Lawyer
ATTORNEY-AT-LAW GIANNINA ANDREOLI
Giannina Andreoli is employed at the law firm as an attorney-at-law specializing in commercial and medical criminal law. She was admitted to the bar in 2019 and advises our clients on criminal law as well as in selected civil law, social law and administrative law matters.
She completed the 1st state examination at the Ernst-August-University of Göttingen. During her studies, she focused on criminology with references to medical criminal law as well. She passed the 2nd state examination in 2019 following her legal apprenticeship at the Regional Court of Darmstadt. She is currently studying part-time at the University of Münster, where she is attending the Master’s programme in “Medical Law”.
In addition to German and English, Giannina Andreoli speaks fluent Italian.
ATTORNEY-AT-LAW JESSICA FRIEDRICH
Jessica Friedrich has been working as a lawyer in the law firm for commercial and medical criminal law since September 2023. She previously worked in a boutique for white-collar criminal law in Mainz.
She advises and defends companies and individual defendants, primarily in the area of commercial and medical criminal law, but also in general criminal law. She specialises in the areas of compliance and internal investigations.
Together with Luisa Wermter, she also specialises in advising on legal issues relating to ESG compliance including sustainability reporting (CSRD), the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG) and the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
She completed her 1st state examination at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz with a focus on criminal law, criminal defence and specialisation in commercial criminal law. She completed her 2nd state examination, also specialising in criminal law, in 2019 following her legal traineeship at the Regional Court of Wiesbaden.
ATTORNEY-AT-LAW DR. YANNICK NEUHAUS
Yannick Neuhaus is a lawyer in the firm’s commercial and medical criminal law practice. He advises on all areas of criminal law as well as health care compliance.
He studied law, art history and archaeology at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster. Already during his studies, Mr Neuhaus focused on criminal law and gained experience in medical law as a research assistant in large commercial law firms before and during his legal traineeship.
In addition to medical and commercial criminal law, his professional interests include criminal law relating to the arts, in which Mr Neuhaus regularly writes glosses (›› kunststrafrecht.de) on current legal issues and circumstances.
He is also in charge of the ›› Compliance Elliance Journal.
Attorney-at-law Clarissa Rink
Clarissa Rink joined the law firm in January 2024 and advises in all areas of criminal law and has experience in internal investigations.
She completed the 1st state examination at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, specialising in criminal law and criminology. After her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz, she passed the 2nd state examination, also specialising in criminal law.
During her studies, she already gained experience in medical law, which she further deepened during her legal clerkship.
DIPLOMA LAWYER LUISA WERMTER
Luisa Wermter is a graduate lawyer in the law firm for commercial and medical criminal law. She has been part of the firm’s team as a working student and research assistant since 2018 and, after successfully completing her first state examination at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main at the beginning of 2022, continued her work as a graduate lawyer.
She specialises in the areas of medical business criminal law, contract doctor and hospital law, data protection law and whistleblower protection law (HinSchG). Since joining the firm, she has accompanied several internal investigations.
Together with Ms Friedrich, she also specialises in legal issues relating to ESG compliance including sustainability reporting (CSRD), the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG) and the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
In the course of completing her state examination, she completed a specialisation in criminal science with references to medical criminal law. She has been a Certified Compliance Officer (CAS) since May 2023.
Before joining the law firm, she worked for the Hospital Federation of Rhineland-Palatinate in addition to her studies.
Student and research aisstent
DEMIAN FRANK
Demian Frank is a social scientist with degrees from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (B.A.) and Goethe University Frankfurt am Main (M.A.) and has been involved in various interdisciplinary research projects.
Based on his methodological knowledge of qualitative and quantitative social research, he accompanies the conception, implementation and analysis of internal investigations in the office. At present he is in particular involved in the project commissioned by the Independent Commission for the Report of Sexual Abuse in the Diocese of Würzburg (UKAM).
PHILIPP KARGER
Philipp Karger is a student assistant at the law firm for business and medical criminal law. He has been studying at the law faculty of the University of Leipzig since 2018 and supports the law firm with research tasks, internal investigations as well as with the editing of the ›› Compliance Elliance Journals (CEJ).
In his specialisation course, he focused on legal philosophy and legal history.
Ukte Ölcek
Ukte Ölcek is a student assistant at the law firm since December 2023. She is studying law at the Justus Liebig University of Giessen. Her main area of interest during her studies is medical and commercial criminal law. Mrs Ölcek is currently preparing for the 1st state examination in law.
She strengthens the firm’s team with administrative tasks and supports our attorneys by providing input and research.
She is majoring in criminal sciences at university.

TAMINA BURGGRAF
As office manager, Tamina Burggraf has been responsible for efficient and smooth cooperation, both internally and with clients, since August 2024.
Ms Burggraf is your contact for all organisational matters. She arranges and coordinates appointments and assists with the organisation of lectures and trips.
