His main focus is on medical criminal law. He provides advice for hospital facilities, other health care institutions and their directors, employees and doctors.
We defend individuals and companies in the field of business and medical criminal law from initiation of preliminary proceedings throughout revision and if required in enforcement and execution.
We develop and audit compliance management systems, offer compliance trainings and review contracts, cooperations and all concerns and matters in terms of compliance.
We conduct Internal Investigations as soon as suspicions arise and during the ongoing preliminary proceedings. The results are carefully and extensively reviewed regarding criminal and other aspects.
